STORAGE: Store this Car Ceiling Fabric Glue in cool place, in original 500ml packaging, away from moisture and sunlight at 15–35°C. Do not store on cold concrete floors as low temperatures can cause irreversible separation. Under proper conditions, this Contact Glue Spray remains effective for 1 year
TECHNICAL ADVICE (Application Methods):
Surface preparation for Car headliner fabric bonding:
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, and dust. Excess dust will impair Car ceiling upholstery glue performance
Application technique: Hold the 500ml Contact Glue Spray at approximately 70° to surface and apply even layer to both Upholstery Fabric substrates, ensuring 80–100% coverage. Spray one Car ceiling fabric surface vertically and other horizontally. Pay special attention to edges. Porous Automotive fabric may require two applications
Bonding process: Allow Car Ceiling Fabric Glue to dry and protect bonding area from contamination. Surface is ready when adhesive is dry to touch and doesn't transfer. Once Headliner fabric surfaces are aligned and joined, apply even pressure starting from center moving outward. Car headliner cloth installations achieve full curing in 24 hours
Maintenance: At end of each use, turn 500ml can upside down and press nozzle until only air comes out, clearing the Contact Glue Spray applicator for next Car headliner fabric project
